The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the IDEA trial.
Definitions
Authorised Access refers to access granted to ScenarioAI’s IDEA application by the granting of a User Trial Licence.
IDEA refers to ScenarioAI’s scenario generation AI model application.
ScenarioAI refers to ScenarioAI Limitied a UK registered company with the company registration number of 16314547 and having a registered address of c/o Wilson Partners Limited, Tor St, Cloud Way Maidenhead, England. SL6 8BN.
IDEA Trial Application Licence refers to the granting of access to ScenarioAI’s IDEA application.
User refers to the person to which an IDEA licence is provided and who access the IDEA application.
Licence to Use
Subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, ScenarioAI grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sharable limited licence to use its IDEA trial application.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the IDEA application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations. You will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property or any other third party right. You are solely responsible for your actions while access the application with the following actions being prohibited:
· Entry into IDEA of any form of classified information and/or data.
· Entry of any information or data that is covered by export control regulations including the US Government’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
· Log into or attempt to log into an account which you are not authorised to access.
· Use or attempt to use another persons account without permission from that person or ScenarioAI Ltd.
· Conduct any actions that may impact upon the performance of the IDEA application or its associated services including the introduction of malicious software or deliberate crashing of the system.
· Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any aspect of the IDEA application that might identify source code or enable the bypassing of measures employed to restrict and/or limit access.
· Employ any applications that interreact with the application or its associated services without the written consent of ScenarioAI Ltd. This includes the use of any means designed to scrape or extract data from the application.
· Use of any output derived from your use of the application for commercial purposes, integration into a third party application or resold.
· Use of any output derived from your use of the application to inform real-world decisions or assessments.
· Printing or screenshotting of outputs produced by the application for later use without the permission of ScenarioAI Ltd.
Right to Terminate Licence
ScenarioAI Ltd reserves the right to terminate at our discretion access to the application in the case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or harm in respect of the termination of your licence.
User Cancellation of Licence
You may cancel your licence at any time by sending an email to trial@scenarioai.tech requesting that your access should be terminated.
Ownership of Content
ScenarioAI Ltd is the owner of all intellectual property rights of any output generated by the application. Where applicable included material is covered by applicable copyright law globally. All such rights are reserved. In using the platform you agree that you will access it contents and services in line with the Terms and conditions of your licence. Output from the platform may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted or stored, sold or distributed without written permission from the copyright holder.
Right to Update or Modify Terms and Conditions
ScenarioAI Ltd reserves the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms and Condition at any future point. We will make an effort to notify of any changes made through email with the address associated with your account. Any ammendments made will be effective immediately. Should you not agree with any modifications you must stop using the application.
